Trick or Treat!

This Halloween, Jordan and I took the girls to Eastmoreland for their first trick-or-treating experience. We had heard there would be lots of kids there, but we had no idea how crazy it would be. There were actually lines of children waiting for candy at every house and hundreds more on the street.

And people loved seeing Evie in her pot. It's no exaggeration to say that the majority of the people we passed stopped to comment on her costume and at least seven or eight people asked to take our photo.

Evie was so content in her pot that she actually fell asleep.

To say Clara was a fan of Halloween would be a major understatement. After we put her to bed, we could hear her jabbering to herself for an hour saying "Trick or treat!...I pick just one." over and over again.
