Brrrr . . . Sunrise on Haleakala

Sunrise at Haleakala Mountain is a big attraction on Maui. But it's over 10,000 feet at the summit, so it's super cold in the morning before the sun comes up. You also have to be on the road by 3 o'clock in the morning to make it to the top of the mountain on time. We decided to do it anyway, and bundled ourselves as warmly as possible. Clara was a hit with everyone while we waited for the sunrise. As you can hear in the video, she had plenty to say. But please ignore her mama's silly voice!
