On Halloween night we went to a fall festival on the North Shore. It was sponsored by a local church and they did a great job. There were a bunch of rides and games for the kids, plus lots of good food. People were very friendly, the setting was beautiful . . . and it was all free! It was a really fun way to spend Clara's first Halloween. She was too young for the rides, but she loved watching all the other kids in their costumes.
Clara didn't try any of the games, but she felt she deserved a treat from the candy bucket nonetheless.

By the end of the night Clara was exhausted and all she wanted to do was cuddle -- something we don't see very often.
