The last month has been a complete whirlwind. First we went on a family vacation to Big Bear Lake and Palm Springs, then we came home for a few days of recovery before the girls and I went to visit Nonna and Papa in Michigan and some friends of mine in Indiana. Between those two trips I managed to come down with shingles -- a painful few days, but luckily mine was a mild case and I was back to 100% in less than two weeks. Still, it made for a crazy (and extra stressful) few weeks. Even with that, we had tons of fun, and the girls were fabulous travelers. We also took a ton of photos. I'll play catch up and post them over the next week. Until then, here are some pictures from the Crystal Springs Rhododendron Gardens right before our month of vacation.
