Miss Evie turned ONE this week! We celebrated on Sunday with a garden party at our house, complete with dirt cake, flowers, and lots of little critters (fake, of course). The birthday girl was a little skeptical of her cake initially, then she dove in face first. She attacked the cake much like she attacks everything else -- aggressively. After the party, Jordan and I agreed it was one of the best days we've had in a long time. Friends and family, perfect weather, and a celebration of our littlest girl.
