Although Evie's birthday party was on Sunday, she didn't turn one until yesterday. Jordan had the day off so we took the girls to Memorial Park in Wilsonville. It's an enormous place but we spent most of our time playing in the park's amazing water fountains. Clara was running all over the place and we kept picking Evie up to catch up with her sister. She cried and fought to get out of our arms every time, thinking we were taking her away from the water. When the girls were cold and tired of splashing around, we snuck down to an old barn on the property and we captured some of my favorite photos we've ever taken.

I thought of your mom when we were there. :) Summer also takes her kids all the time and they LOVE it!
